As the Ward 9 Councilman, I began my first term in 2022 with a mission to serve Parma with energy, integrity, and action. A lifelong Parma native and proud graduate of Parma Senior High School, I have lived, worked, and raised my family here. Parma is where I built my life, and that’s why I am so committed to making sure our community thrives. After high school, I earned a degree in International Business from The University of Akron while simultaneously earning a Small Business Management degree from Cuyahoga Community College. 

In just four years, I’ve been available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year—over 2,102,400 minutes— to answer the needs of our residents. During this time, I’ve personally addressed and solved more than 10,000 issues in Ward 9.

My philosophy has always been simple: Promises Made, Promises Kept. When I first ran in 2021, I told residents I would work relentlessly for them, and that is exactly what I’ve done—and will continue to do.

I’m also proud to serve through many community organizations, including the Parma Auxiliary Police, the Parma Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Auxiliary Ohio State Highway Patrol, staying connected to residents, businesses, and public safety.

As the owner of multiple Parma based businesses - many of which support veterans and youth throughout Greater Northeast Ohio - My businesses have attracted more than 250,000 visitors to Parma, benefiting local commerce and strengthening the city's economy. 

Rob lives in Ward 9 with his wife, Dr. Leah Euerle, and their three daughters - Reagan, Harper, and Madison. The Euerles are also excited to be welcoming a fourth child in November 2025.

• Parma Armory Shooting Center – Gun Safety Training Institute: The largest double-deck indoor range in the world, promoting safe and responsible training.
• GreenScape USA Inc.: This Four-Season green team provides Parma and Northeast Ohio with Four-Season Industrial, Commercial, and Residential Infrastructure Beautification, Snow Mitigation and Protection. Also built Cleveland Pickleball Center (An Euerle Group Company)  & now offering personal residential Pickleball court construction.
• Overlook Venue & Event Center: A modern gathering place for weddings, community events, and celebrations that bring people together.
